Pros

There is no pros, unless you like complacency. People are toxic, and there is no room for advancement. Pay isn't as good as you think. They get you in there just to belittle you and use you to profit from themselves, all while not caring for you. Know your worth!

Cons

Complacency Breeds Mediocrity. Everyone is struggling, this is no place to work. I can go on forever, if you don't believe how bad it is. Go work there, you will be sorry! The pay isn't worth it!

Pros

Customers are what is rewarding

Cons

My experience was I worked 7 days a week for years building my client base. It was required for SM to work with you weekly. Mine never did in all my years of employment. Upon my resignation I asked for monies due to me, because of SM unprofessional behavior in blocking my commissions. As a male I would have been told bravo for exposing, as a female I was given the monies the recovered as due and black balled in the industry. Just be pro active if you feel there is unfair practice occurring don't just keep trying to excell alone, bring to attention early on.
