Pros

Pay is good but you don't have any time to enjoy it.

Cons

Don't find out if your working the next day till sometime between 6:30 and 8pm the night before. Often have routes that are longer then Hours of Service allow even with local exemptions. Then having the next route start before your clock can reset. If you enjoy working nonstop this is for you.

Pros

The benefits are fairly good here and the pay is somewhat decent

Cons

The workload is entirely unreasonable and the facilities are managed so poorly and ineffectively that employees not in the 'inner circle' of upper management suffer the consequences. You are treated like a machine for productivity rather than a human being
