The work is very hard and tiring.

Be prepared to stay in a freezer regardless of your preference or requests. They'll write you up if you get a misspick, then tell you to slow down and work on accuracy, then write you up for not going fast enough. Don't expect to move into a different position even if you have experience in it. Don't expect to see your family.
