Strong Introductory Training Good Beginning Pay Positive Work Environment from Colleagues

Cons

Hard to get higher advancement Hard to get decisions cleared or requests made with all levels of upper management. Comissions/Bonuses could have been better.

- Leadership is all over the place - No pathway to move up within department - No real communication between other departments - Job title is not a true indicator of the work being done

Management and HR is incompetent, bias, racist and will fire anyone who doesn't agree with their methodology immediately. That or they will target people to ensure they either quit or pose false claims of "insubordination"
