Pros

The pay was decent but not enough to compensate for the daily harassment and belittlement by the Billing Department management.

Cons

No proper training to learn your job. You are expected to learn by reading other peoples notes. You are micromanaged to the point of harassment. Instead of support, you are belittled, put down by management if you make a mistake. Your told to ask questions, but when you do you are made fun of and accused of taking the easy way out. That's why the turnover is so great.

Great co-workers and work/life balance

Cons

No room for growth, low salary and commission percentages are a joke, no performance reviews or raises. Some of the managers do absolutely nothing and just sit back and collect commission off of their recruiters' hard work. Being told if you want a raise then simply make more placements rather than actually rewarding successful employees is extremely demotivating and insulting.
