If you’re willing to work for a company that has horrible work life balance this is the company for you. They have zero trust in their employees and micro manage you to the extreme. If you are employed here or planning to be employed and ever decide to give your notice use ALL of your time off before doing so or get fired. A good standing employee will NOT be compensated for the vacation time they ACCRUED, but a fired employee will have their vacation time paid out.
