Benefits were average but that was the only decent thing.

Cons

Worst management I have ever seen! All they care about is the bottom line. They lie and cheat employees and customers alike. As soon as sell big accounts, they cut your commission structure and make them house accounts. Then they will want you to start over and do it again.

Cons

There wasn't really any. As a contractor, most of your time is spent with the employer that connected with System One
