      Consistent work schedule, flexible hours, and reasonably receptive management.

      Favorites are played and going above call quota in terms of customer service is not celebrated.

      Pros

      If you are looking for just a job to collect a check this is the place for you. If you want a career that you can move up the ladder then move on..

      Cons

      No communication, Over worked and very under payed, No chance of advancement, They have no control over the subs they use, Sales people have no idea what they are doing and any mistakes falls on you, Upper management lies and has no back bone what so ever. I could keep going but you get the point.

      Casual atmosphere, some really good people, quality workmanship

      Cons

      You are expected to sell immediately , if you dont ,you will be treated like a boot. No Sales then expect waterboarding- especially if you did not sell 1 of 3 leads you were given. They are on Craigslist perpetually churning and burning.
