I worked with SST for over 3.5 years. This is the first company I worked as a consultant at the client place. I had lot of inhibitions taking up consultant role from a full-time position at an Indian IT company. Every individual I interacted within this company had been thoroughly professional. I felt very safe and secured being with SST in terms of Visa & payroll processing. Never had a delay in payday, always on-time. Everyone was very responsible in doing their job. Reasonably good group health insurance policy. Very responsive HR, immigration, payroll & admin personnel. Overall, I had a great experience during my tenure with the company as well as when I quit(for a better opportunity). I left the company in good terms. Highly recommend this company.
Cons
Health insurance plan could have been better. Training the consultants on different technologies which helps to find better opportunities. 401k matching employer contribution for atleast employees who are with company for long time.
