      Pros

      Nice people to work with in regional office (Not Tampa HQ). Company President is a great guy.

      Cons

      Management style is too intrusive. If you hire people with a specific skill set/background - let them do what they have been hired to do. Too many meetings.

      I learn something new almost everyday/every week. I get to work with great people who have been in the cyber security industry for many years. The pace of work is very flexible.

      Cons

      There can be a lack of communication at times. Different work methodologies can get in the way of production.
