      Pros

      Reasonably good company for consultants, quite a bit of support from multiple levels of management. CEO can also be very funny and personable when there's nothing on the line.

      Cons

      Office environment can be very toxic, and there is a lot of stress when the CEO marches through the hallway shouting.

      High growth phase. Nice coworkers.

      Cons

      Terrible pay and billing processes. Constant errors in client-facing billing. Unwilling to make exceptions on outdated policies that need to be updated. Lack of gender diversity.

      I am with the organization for a year now and extremely happy to work in this amazing organization. Family atmosphere and culture which is rare to find, respect for individual, excellent team collaboration, open to ideas and innovation, great health benefits. Leadership respect individuals’ ideas and encourage innovation, great leadership.
