      I would certainly recommend working at System Soft Technologies. System Soft is a very innovative firm with high growth potential. The employee workforce is intelligent and diverse. Management is very understanding and expects you to work hard.

      Cons

      I don't have any cons. The work environment is very comfortable. Very nice office with views to relax during breaks.

      The owner is a business disaster, if he ever hired a management team, that firm could be off to the races, but he is stubborn, they have potential
