      I struggled to find any pros to list.

      Cons

      Was contacted by van internal recruiter. Experienced a long drawn out interview process that took over three months. I accepted their offer only to found out agreed upon start date was pushed back a week and they want to start out as "temp - try before you buy." After only two months was told that they ran out of money and could no longer pay my wages.
