I recently joined System Soft Technologies, My visa and Onboarding process was very smooth and quick.Both Immigration & Attorney teams handled the case perfectly in a professional manner with no RFE. I got all the updates in time and Perfect marketing team is a another plus with SST to get a new project when your project ends. I am pleased to recommend it to anyone.

Great on boarding team, good team work, excellent paper work, employer friendly and most importantly professionalism

Cons

Need to focus more on marketing team, i believe they should co ordinate with bench employees on day to day basis

Company has strong fundamentals around employee care and compliance with regulations. These fundamentals give lot of confidence and comfort to employee so they can focus on their work and help grow the company as well. They offer better compensation and benefits than others in their space.

The company business model is based on service but they have talent to make their own products
