- The work is generally very meaningful - it actually does a lot of good in the world. - Very good work-life balance. - Flexible working hours. - Friendly and skilled colleagues. - Great canteen. - Extra week of vacation. - Paid internet at home. - Good workplace atmosphere and social arrangements.

Cons

- People in some areas of the company are too stressed. - Compared to the rest of the market, the salary compensation should be higher. - Heavy suite of processes slows down progress.
