Benefits are amazing. Everyone in the office is super nice and very easy going. Overall work environment is very relaxed but everyone can still get stuff done. Snacks and drinks always provided whenever you want. Intense Foosball matches every day at lunch. Still growing with a lot of opportunities for advancement. Cant imagine ever finding a reason to leave

Vacation time is kind of low but overall the rules on using vacation seem to be very loose

You have the atmosphere of a tech company, but rather than just helping the exec's get rich, the work you do and the product we make and provide saves lives and makes an impact. It is awesome coming to work each day knowing that my work is meaningful. For benefits, they pay 100% of the premium for you and your family for medical, dental and vision.... It is a Platnium level plan with no deductible and low copays for doctor visits and medications. 401K, they match the 1st 4% of your salary... And annual performance based bonuses.... It's pretty awesome!

Cons

Sometimes the hours are long, the company is growing rapidly which leads to some disorganization and lack of processes.
