Pros

Interesting tech stack, good opportunities to become familiar with a lot of technologies.

Cons

High focus on developing and deploying quantity while sacrificing the quality. Employee attraction is emphasized over employee retention. A lot of career opportunities for changing titles, but thats all it is, a new title.

Interesting projects - Interactive onboarding - Events organized very well by the Systematic Employees Club (Christmas party, outings to the cinema, karting, summer party, etc.); - The benefits package is generous and the salary is in line with the market average; - Collective ok being always willing to help you.

Cons

- Periods with turbulence, meaning major changes from one week to another (from the assignment of the employee from one project to another, to overnight layoffs). Unfortunately, the intentions of the management in Romania are good, but it cannot intervene over the decisions in Denmark. - Micromanagement at work time registration level.
