Business Outlook
Pros
Lots of highly skilled coworkers. Great employees club. Great cantina. Helps and partially supports extra education. Are very large when people gets sick.
Cons
Promotions are rare and mostly based on luck because managers have no incentive to promote rather than just hire from the outside. Salary is below average for skill level and working hours. In some divisions people are moved a lot between projects. Likes generalists. Specializing is very hard.

Pros
High focus on employee growth and development. Large influence on which types of job assignments you will work on. Large variety in types of projects within the company. Excellent food!
Cons
Lots of cooperation with remote workers. They make it work quite well, but obviously it's not quite the same as having all colleagues in-house. Salary levels are below average.
