      What a difference a good company makes...

      Pros

      Good management team. The President and SVP, give you all of the tools and resources that you need to be successful. They check in regularly to see how you are doing. Good benefits, health club in the building, free parking. How refreshing.

      Cons

      There is always food in the kitchen. I will weigh 400 pounds soon.

      Pros

      The President and Vice President are dedicated and truly care about the company. They maintain tight control of all company processes, contracts, and funding.

      Cons

      It appears that the hard work of the staff is not appreciated by the President and Vice President. I feel like an outsider; not part of the inner group because I am not a minority group.
