Pros

Extremely well paid, no other retailers offer this much. Unique sale discounts for the staff - certain weekends offers 30% discount. Generous break and lunch time allocations. It's all good and lovely if you're the management...

Cons

...but not so if youre an associate. Poor communication chain between management and the associates. Strenuous workday. If you've never worked in retail, obviously you'll be trained - for 30 seconds, before being left on your own.

Bullying culture. Prolonged Target bullying, psychological bullying, mainly by supervisors and team leaders towards a number of employees!

Good pay €10.20 in 2016. More hours additional. 10% discount staff. Further training to be team leader. Jewelry course provided.

Cons

Contract hours 8,12,20. long late hours. More then 2 team leaders gets complicated for other staff.
