Great place to work friendly team good customers great career prospects you can grow as fast as you like 10% staff discount

Cons

Shifts changes without notice difficult to plan a life outside work can be stressful knot enough staff always pressure to to get survey out

Pros

The atmosphere is laid back, supervisors and managers are understanding and approachable. As a part time employee, flexible hours were readily available to suit cater to my university timetable.

Cons

Store's reputation means that the majority of customers are automatically disrespectful toward the merchandise, premises and on many occasions, staff. Likewise, many employees find it easy to approach the work in a lazy or careless manner.

Pros

Occasionally you would get 20% discount on a weekend (about twice a year)

Cons

(Manchester Store) -Very warm environment -Many Managers tried to make you do a Mexican wave before a shift. we are there to work, not be made to feel like childen. -Managers not pitching in to set an example. Also were frequently seen shopping, gossiping with other managers or just generally avoiding work.
