      Pros

      Tkmaxx is great to work for because they will always try to accommodate any needs you have to be able to work and enjoy it.

      Cons

      They do a lot of unsociable hours particularly around Christmas with out of hours tasking like markdowns and delivery and inventory

      The people they hire are normally nice people to work with.

      Cons

      I have wanted to move up for 4 years. Forever determined and giving my all. I was left unrecognised. I asked for more hours considering i was on 8 hours and needed to pay bills. They refused. And because i asked. Management cut any overtime totally so i was poor and had to seek another job. They purposely underpay you for the week because they are understaffed and give too much overtime. You dont get the right wages because theyve gone over their limit and dont want head office to not give them their bonus. Theres loopholes everywhere.

      I have worked for tk maxx for 9 years. worked in different areas. its a really good environment never had any problems! met loads of different people and socialise with them regularly. never been off sick ever! I enjoy it and feel apart of a family! have our ups and downs LOL!

      Cons

      having 2 prove yourself 2 new different managers every year is a headache! think associates that have been loyal to the company for along time should get more appreciation even if they cant progress because of circumstances!
