      Pros

      Great shift rotation for everyones different circumstances im a single mother with a very busy schedule and tk maxx allows me to work 4 hour shifts at different times each day so at least i can still bring up my little boy whilst working.

      Cons

      Its a very demanding job at christmas time the store is very busy and we unfortunately dont get 2 weeks festive period off but hey ho thats retail!!!

      Diverse, impressive, discount. Excellent customer service to everyone from any background or nationality. Unique shop layout styles to flare admiration for new styles of clothing. Clothing displays to inspire your taste and dress sense.

      Cons

      Short term contracts weakening work attitude knowing you may not be there long. Black work clothes for uniform shows a lack of fashion sense and passion to dress well, this may have a negative impact on customers.
