      Really nice people and lots of room for growth within the company. Easy work.

      Cons

      Bit of a cult as they fire people for not fitting in to their mould or thinking outside the box. Poor salary for junior people.

      -minimum wage -change, add or take away shifts with less than 12 hours notice -terrible management / rude and condescending unpleasant to work with
