      Pros

      Literally there are no pros, character building? But you can do that anywhere.

      Cons

      Where do I even begin? Minimum wage, TK Maxx attracts customers who have very little regard for sales associates, management treat most associates like kids (because they’re usually 18) the quality of management borders on negligence with some of the asinine decisions they make.

      Pros

      Workload is easy if you just get on with it, colleagues are lovely, shifts are very flexible.

      Cons

      Some managers think they are above others just because of their manager status; these same managers set unrealistic targets for themselves and thus project their stress onto others in the form of rude behaviour.
