      There is no pros. Better to find a better company

      - They would overwork you - Different tasks to do by different managers but you can only do 1 thing at a time. - 1 thing is normally a 3 person job not 1 person - They will chew you out if you don't follow there system - it is very very toxic environment not worth your mental and physical health or wellbeing - it is very demanding and physical. - they would use small people for big tasks and expect you to do it. - They would chew you out over small things and write you up over ridiculous things such as breaks, your availability and controlling you own decisions - this place destroys your physical and mental health - They would focus you to do things even if your are not confident on doing it. - no growth or career opportunities - You need to learn things by yourself. The managers don't really teach you.
