Pros

Schedule flexibility dependent on manager. Solid benefits including ESPP, health care, and 401k.

Cons

The company has gone completely down hill. Digital first takes customers away from the store thus takes away commission. Metrics shifted from gross activations to credit cards and sub par home internet. Leadership is overwhelmed making it difficult for employees that the bottom line .

Great PTO and schedule flexibility for part timers. Fun environment to work in.

Cons

The importance of metrics are changed every few months. The focus shifts constantly. details of promotions/deals for customers are changed constantly and workers not knowing. District manager not knowing each individual sales person’s struggle.
