Health benefits PTO Employee discount on mobile plans

Cons

We are forced to use customer devices to do any transactions customers come into the stores for. We are forcefully discouraged to use in house systems to do anything, forcing us to use the mobile app to do anything. This causes unnecessary wait time due to employees having to troubleshoot customer devices and personal accounts to set it up. Also, as someone who has no real deep knowledge on credit cards, I a do not feel comfortable being forced to push the companies new credit cards on customers.

Fairly flexible work environment for the most part.

Cons

Is not what it used to be. Not as much emphasis on employee wellbeing as it used to be. "No budget" for nothing, reorgs - more work less people.
