Pros

Company, overall, has good culture. Also a very strong product offering.

Cons

Not sure why, but as one of only THREE companies who are possibly entertained as business solutions we are constantly left out of dicsusions. I assumed cioming on board Enterprise companies would constantly be doing due dilligence and exploring. Not the case, old industry reputations are hanging on, so even getting engagements it tough. Last thing id say, the base salary is decent, not great. But the upside on their commission is minimal. The reps who "crush it" consistently are making about 50% in total of a rep "crushing it" in a n equivalent job in another industry.

Pros

-Great discount on phone bill - Great healthcare, dental, and childcare benefits -Commission checks on good months of selling

Cons

-Work life balance feels nonexistent because you have to worry about if your hitting goals to stay afloat or you will get on write ups. -Pressure between remaining calm with difficult customers but at the same time hitting your numbers and goals. No feeling of understanding or empathy. -Everything is about numbers there is no care in the world about employees anymore. -Forcing T-life for everything and being held accountable when to r customer can’t use it. -Now being forced to push T-Mobile credit cards and send links to customers even when they don’t want it. -T-Mobile doesn’t care about their employees like they used to. They now put overly high and unrealistic goals and hold you accountable when you aren’t green across the board in a 3 month trend. Take away certain compensations and T-Mobile as a company consistently add more problems with customers making it harder to your job including on forced non tax included plans and raising prices on “Guaranteed” price rates.
