None that I can think of.
Cons
In almost 35 years of working in IT and Application Development I have never experienced an organization with the resource overheads they have at T Mobile. I would estimate projects cost at least 50% and maybe as much as 90% more than they should do, simply because of the number of personnel who are dog piled onto them because they have nothing else or better to do. OK if you are one of those resources who spends 10% of your time on a project and charges 100% of your time but not so good if you are a PM trying to control costs.
