Pros
The culture is very fun to work in. Lots of celebrations, diverse and inclusive community, and very spirited environment (with lots of free t-shirts!).
Cons
It feels like most of the employees are older and have families/children. It can be draining to keep hearing how young I am or how I don't have "real" life problems to deal with just because of my age. That may be true to an extent but that doesn't mean I need to be constantly reminded of it.
