Pros

Quite time is a plus, costumers can be nice lots on down time

Cons

I'm marked down as part time but I work full time hours 10-8 being pressured to make people buy overpriced accessory no benefits, no raises, no discounts on any phones, commission is seriously lacking( I've been there since June and have yet to see commission)
