Leadership Is Disconnected

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

Pay potential, benefits, growth opportunities, great product

Cons

Their systems are trash and leadership get insight from operations and they think all is well but they have no idea the lies they’re getting. Employees are disgruntled with the changes and if you ever want to know what it feels like to be gaslighted working here in 2026 will give you a crash course. Leadership has either never carried a bag or it’s been so long they’ve become so disconnected on what the day to day looks like and how to be successful. They want to focus on certain segments but all they had to do was remove retail leads to front line and that would have fix their problems. Leadership trust me no one wants to knock and sale a 5 line business. You had AEs working the retail system. Talk about using a nuke to kill a roach. You’re destroying everything around it and in the end the roach is still around. Do better
