Pros

Consistent Earnings, Great Benefits, Great Management and a strong team environment. Continuous Sales and Product Training to aid in customer service and increase your sales.

Cons

Can be long hours, particularly around the holidays; Can be monotonous. Also, it is difficult to move to a management position because there were none available in the region I was located in - retail management/upper sales management positions, appear to be given to those who already work with the company.

Pros

Great pay and benefits, co-workers are fun to work with. Always learning about new technology with phones and tablets. Great phone discount for employees.

Cons

T-mobile system for payments and sales is too slow. New updates on promotions for phones are given too late. Token code system is too tedious All managers care about is making quota don't really care about the customers Lunch time only 30 minutes you got to be kidding me. Right-fit guide is a complete time-waster if you already know what you are doing. Too much favoritism is shown everyone needs to be treated equal. No Special Treatment! Anything that you need in regards to products you have to wait for someone to get it for you which is a huge waste of time if they are busy doing something and the store is crowded. If someone keeps on calling out of work it affects everyone even people that are off that day so where is the penalty if it keeps on happening! Commission structures changes for the worst! Managers are not open to new ideas and think that they are perfect in every decision that they make. People that are scheduled to close the store should leave within an hour after the store is closed. Two or three hours after is ridiculous!

Pros

Benefits, pay are great. Very good company to start out in as a sales person.

Cons

Advancement f you are in retail is veery limited. There is virtually no opportunities for cross functional transitions. There is no respect for your family time. You are always on the clock.... Salaried mangers in the stores often work 45 plus hours per week with no additional compensation.
