      Worked there for several years. Phones as percs were good. Benefits were also good.

      Cons

      Every time a new hire class came in, management looked to get rid of those with tenure. I barely managed to survive for as long as I did due to health issues. If you are expecting a long term career with T-Mobile think again. The attrition rate in our area is ridiculous. About 3 years tops for employment unless you kiss the right behinds. It's too bad for the employees that the ATT merger fell through because it could have been an improvement for their working conditions. Ratings for raises were arbitrary at best, depending upon whims of the supervisors instead of any actual achievements. I can't think of enough bad to say about this company. Don't work for them if you value your health and sanity. This is a dog-eat-dog company.
