Pros

Opportunity and advancement. Benefits, paid time off and great people. I joined the company because of their values and their commitment to customer service. I appreciate being able to hire and assemble my own team to meet my specified goals and objectives.

Cons

Retail awlays brings crazy hours. And it becomes difficult to take time off when staffing gets low. It sems recently that the company has moved to a more revenue focus, at the expense of customer focus.. I hope T-Mobile doesn't become like the other carriers and abandon customer focus.
