Pros

Great benefits - health insurance is so cheap, time off accrues quickly even as a PT associate, tuition reimbursement is available.

Cons

The company has lost its focus. There are too many changes - one day, we are told to push one type of rate plan, and the very next day, we are told to push a completely different plan. Ever since news of the acquisition, most of our business (and commission checks) have dried up. Our jobs are constantly threatened, even if our performance is satisfactory. Our customers are running scared, because of the impending acquisition. I used to make good money and be proud to work for T-Mobile, but due to all the bad press and poor communication from upper management, I am embarased. People feel bad for me when I say where I work.

-6 weeks vacation. -Employee phone program. -Great product. -Competitive plans.

Cons

-Micromanagement. -24/7 On Call. -Stress. -Management keeps changing mind. -Always coming up with ways to change, even if you are number 1, which tends to hurt.
