Pros

- Health Insurance - Employee phone discounts (not free phones, by the way)

Cons

- Training isn't as thorough as it should be - A lot of favoritism is obvious in training classes - Trainers not really open to questions or comments - Trainers spend a lot of time on their personal phones instead of training

Pros

There are (or were) a lot of fields to grow in. Management is personable. Coworkers are friendly and helpful no matter what department. Good benefits and the pay in my field is better than that of other companies.

Cons

Our extra benefits (raises, bonuses, department fun budget) went on a sharp decline for a couple of years. And while that was understandably so, it became a bummer to deal with. There were few downsides until the merger happened. Now it just feels like a fight for survival.

Cons

Merger with ATT Too many processes. Too many layers of management.
