Pros

Benefits are better than most jobs. Pay is within the range of comparable jobs.Lots of projects to keep you occupied

Cons

Management needs to communicate more. More recognition of the team for promotions. Our handset option need to be comparable to the others or better.

Pros

Good benefits and the Frisco Call center location has a nice on-site fitness center and deli. The front-line employees at Call Centers are well trained.

Cons

Very difficult to advance with the organization. The Company talks about truely living the values such as work/life balance but be prepared to work many hours. Although the front line employees are given much attention and focus with new systems and training the support staff is not granted the same.

Pros

nice people at times but are really mean if they don't like you. if youare simply concerned about doing your job minding your own business then you will be fine.

Cons

you have to be in a place that you may not like the enviroment, but in all it will be fine because your are there to make a living not make new friends right.
