      Cool products; many talented people; company has made considerable advances in organizational maturity over past 2 - 5 years.

      Cons

      Need to be in right department and one of the people chosen by leadership before input is heard. Overloaded on management team with more weight given to style and format rather than content

      Pros

      Definite rewards for performance! The company recognizes positive performance. Call center is ranked off of performance which means you don't have to watch people who have been there for years and put in 0 effort receive all the good schedules. You choose your own destiny and get what you put in. I have had several deaths in the family and every time T-Mobile has been respectful, kind, and understanding. Good energy in the call center, rewarded with parties, catered lunches, and breakfast served by management. They really try to make an undesirable job worthwhile.

      Cons

      Like anywhere, some of management can be tough to work with and metrics can be sporadic.
