Pros

Good money can be and company benefits are also excellent.

Cons

Middle management are clueless of what it takes to be successful as a Sales Representative and provide no real help. They only seem to be there to take credit for the hard work of subordinates. Upper management ignores the calls of help from the front line workers who have the true passion for the industry and take ownership of the work they put forward for the customers.

Pros

Good pay and excellent benefits. Company often seems to sincerely care about its employees.

Cons

Some groups do a very poor job of technical hiring which has resulted in areas of incompetence. This makes it easier to shine if you are competent, but also creates obstacles. Management does not seem to recognize the difference between a strong developer and a weak one and tries to meet scheduling pressures by adding many contractors of questionable ability.

Pros

Flexible schedule and the ability to dive deep into exciting projects.

Cons

On-board process is very unorganized, benefits are not that great, and upper management is not very excited about their jobs.
