Pros

Health plan is ok, location is good, a few decent people

Cons

Expect to stay in the same position you were hired for the length of your career (because developing your career is a direct threat to your manager somehow). Also expect to be openly discouraged from moving across departments, again, because you might end up on a faster career track than your manager who has been in his job for 10 years and not going anywhere. Oh, and expect to hear lots about "the business needs you to do...." in response to every request you make re your work assignments or career preferences.

Pros

They do have a very good compensation package if you are just entering the workforce. If you have no college degree or limited college, it would be very good compensation. There is a good amount of ways you can move up in the company; however, you must meet their criteria for performance.

Cons

Very low service levels now that the service partners have been eliminated. It is not so much a problem that we have job security, but it is a problem when your meetings, coaching, and trainings are canceled because of it.
