Pros

The manager I had when working here was incredible. She made the experience great. The starting pay with little retial experience was good. The training was intense but needed to be a good retail sales rep. Great training in customer relations.

Cons

Flexibility once school started even as a part time employee. Some confusion between management when the store first opened; however, that can be expected.

Pros

I worked part-time and made all my money off commisstion. I worked at one of the best stores is town. You have losts of free time working at t-mobile cuz you dont get any hours so you can do other things. PTO good, and benifits good.

Cons

Well Mangment make new rules all the time and never tells employees and then you get in trouble for not dooing all the new things they want you to do that they never told you to do. Managment sticks together only way to move up is if you are good friends with mangemt. Every one talks about everyone.

Pros

T-mobile has great benefits! If you're just starting out, they offer a wonderful opportunity to gain experience in several areas that other employers really admire, it's great! I can't deny it, T-Mobile pays alot. Whether you're in sales or in an hourly position, you're making pretty dang good money, it's hard to leave because it's hard to find another employer that compares. Finally, my last favorite reason to work for T-Mobile is the people you work with. You form some really close bonds with teams of fun people.

Cons

The worst reasons to work for T-Mobile to me are: corporates ever changing ways. I feel like alot of their bad decisions affect both customers and reps.
