Pros

The failed sale to AT&T really hurt the company. Many good people were let go becasuse of that. The former CEO, Phillip Humm, was there to get dump T-Mobile USA from DT. Since he failed and his strategy failed, he left running. It remains to be seen how the new CEO will lead the company and and what the Metro PCS deal will do...

Cons

Dump old antiquated IT infrastructure.

Pros

Pay was decent, benefits were awesome. Not that much pressure even though it's a sales environment. Never brought home any work-related stress.

Cons

Management often has no sales experience, therefore they are not equipped to help you grow. Lack of experience in upper management causes the company to be misguided.
