Pros

Their benefits were good until they restructured them. There is not a lot of high pressure work going on here.

Cons

No strategy from management in place to guide what people are working on; highly tactical. Each silo'd group has their own goals and no one is working well across those silos. No responsibility for failed initiatives. No understanding of the market that they are in.

Pros

employee phones ,benefits while part time and going to college, paid time off, tuition reimbursement

Cons

internal politics in different markets get fired easily by HR without talking to employee first.

Pros

T-mobile is a fun place to work if it is going to be a part time job or something to do while in school, new phones, good discounts, flexible schedules

Cons

No opportunities for advancement, pay is not consumerate with workload, management is not knowledgeable about store processes, no advancement past manager level
