Pros

Very Competitive environment. The values premise of the company is very admirable. The pay is very competitive.

Cons

The competitiveness of the culture is also a detractor. It makes the integrity of the results very important and sometimes questionable. Also it can be less than an friendly environment below the Team Manager level when metrics are not met.

Great, nice co-workers but slow speed of execution

Pros

Extremely nice people, good team environment, some challenging projects, good work-life balance, no expectation of working evenings or weekends

Cons

Not sure of the overall company strategy, multiple teams working on same things, need for better alignment among teams. Also, operational execution is a difficult process and takes a lot of effort and time.

Pros

Great benifits and cheap cell phone bill.

Cons

Continue to find ways to not make as much money as you did previous year. Gearing all channels including b2b to be retail. 180 deac and chargebacks, constantly uphill battle to outsell deacs. Never getting iPhone.
