uphill battle against the big competitors brand has forever been tarnished company seems lost with no sense of direction

Pros

Very good benefit packages, i am a part time employee and get 4 weeks of pto. Great pay and great commission options. Easy to get time off.

Cons

A lot of slow times where you will have no customers. Be prepared at any time to be verbally abused by customers, that is retail though. Lastly, since we call customer care a lot they are very hard to understand and hardly ever get anything you say correct.

Above average benefits. Opportunities to work on various aspects of the business.

Cons

Company is losing customers at an alarming rate and not sure we can stop the bleeding. Everyone is trying very hard but sometimes there are conflicting goals.
