Pros

Overall the company has a great philosophy and genuine desire to retain talent and customers. It offers continuing education and training.

Cons

Local management can either make it or break it.. If you are lucky enough to have a grea LOCAL leadership, then the sky is the limit, otherwise it does not matter how good you are. Open door policy can be your yellow ticket. beware!!

Pros

Competitive salary, College tuition reimbursement, Good benefits. A perfect job for a college student. Flexible schedules for part-timers. A safe work place.

Cons

Very little room to grow. T-Mobile in Brooklyn, hires mainly from the outside. The company has cut a great deal of its budget since the beginning of the recession. Simply put, a good job for students, but a hard business to grow with. There is very little internal promotion.
