Pros

Initially you think the benefits and pay are are awesome until you find out about people doing the same job in another company, You do really get to know everyone you work within the company, They really encourage a team oriented atmosphere.

Cons

Employees arent really armed with the necessary tools. You kind of have to feel your way around. The training process is a joke. The sense of urgency is placed only in sales and not product knowledge or customer service.

Pros

Very good at teaching all around skills and devolving your skills. Taught upper management skills to even part time and seasonal reps. Wonderful benefits and 401k. Very flexible with schedule.

Cons

With the recent commission cut it was impossible to make over 1,000 in commission. They also had company wide hour cuts so minimal hours. Management never gave chance for promotion to younger reps.
