T-Mobile Customer Service Representative

Pros

T-Mobile has a nice long training program so that you feel comfortable with your job as a customer service representative in the call center.

Cons

T-Mobile as a management team puts a lot of pressure on their employees. Customers get angry & call you stupid most of the day because you are simply following policies & procedures.

Pros

Benefits are by far better than any other company. Hourly rate of pay is fair and the phone plans are a good perk as well.

Cons

Some business expectation goals contradict each other which make it difficult to meet business expectations. MICRO-MANAGEMENT is huge here. Almost feels as if your freedom to be yourself with a customer is under a microscope.
